Dr. Rina Kotecha, DMD

Dr. Kotecha graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She then went on to complete a 1 year residency program in General Dentistry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital – a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Since then, she has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in Mississauga and Georgetown.
Born in Tanzania, Dr. Rina Kotecha comes from a multicultural environment making her fluent in several languages including Gujarati, Hindi and Swahili. She puts her patients at ease immediately with her soft spoken demeanour and gentle nature. Dr. Kotecha is always striving to provide the best dental care that she can and excellent customer service to her clients. Undoubtedly, she enjoys and takes great pride in her work and devotes time to strengthen her clinical skills and enhance knowledge by taking numerous continuing education courses.
Dr. Kotecha is a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and sits on the Board of the South Asian Dental Association (SADA).
Dr. Rina Kotecha is happily married to her husband Mitesh and is a proud mommy of a lovely daughter - Malika. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, dancing, gardening, movies, snow-boarding, camping, shopping (at Square One!) and an occasional friendly game of poker!
